PANTHEON
Who controls the most powerful AI ever built
In myth, Prometheus stole fire from the gods and gave it to all of humanity. Twelve corporations just put it back on the mountain.

The Founding Council
On April 7, 2026, Anthropic announced Project Glasswing — a closed consortium granting exclusive access to Claude Mythos Preview exclusively for defensive cybersecurity operations. Eleven founding corporations, collectively responsible for the majority of global digital infrastructure, were handed keys the rest of the world does not have.

Their Justification
◆ The Glasswing Doctrine
- Mythos can autonomously discover and weaponize zero-day vulnerabilities at machine speed — too fast for defenders using current tools.
- General API availability would instantly democratize advanced cyber-warfare capabilities to hostile nation-states, ransomware syndicates, and script kiddies with an API key.
- A defensive-first consortium compresses vulnerability triage from months of human labor to minutes of machine computation — giving defenders the advantage, briefly.
- RSP v3.1 abandoned the pause commitment: competitive necessity now outweighs voluntary deceleration. The arms race is real and they're not stopping.
- Once open-source equivalents inevitably proliferate to adversarial actors, the window for this advantage closes permanently.

“When the Olympians witnessed what Prometheus had built, they did not destroy it. They kept it for themselves — and called it safety.”
